SUBMIT HOURS
All new hours for NHS should be submitted through this Google Form. The form will automatically email the person you list to verify your hours.
For hours that have already been entered and verified by your Activity Contact in x2vol, please take a screenshot of your total verified hours (with reflection) and email that screenshot to chantillyhighnhs@gmail.com. The subject line for this email should read as follows:
x2vol Verified Hours - First Name Last Name, Student ID
